Koreanization

After taking the oath of my chosen profession, I embraced unemployment for more than three months (believe me it's really deadly). I have nothing to do but wait for the sun to rise and set. It was absolute boredom.

The Students
One evening, it's almost midnight when I received a text message from Judd. He's asking me if I'm interested  to work. At that very moment, the answer to my boredom is about to save me. At first I have doubts but before 12:01 a.m. I had a positive confirmation.

Immediately next day, we went to a Korean academy with our resumes on hand. I had my very first encounter with a Korean. It was very overwhelming and I had a strange feeling while conversing with him. Fortunately, Judd and I passed the exam and we started to work three days after we applied.

First day. I never expected in my whole life that I'll be working as an English tutor. O fcourse, who am I to do so. English had never liked me and the same is true with me---I never liked English as well. I saw familiar faces when I entered the study room. Nomer, Jen and Lovelyn were there. And by surprise, I found out that most of the tutors were also nurses.  somehow, it gave me an idea that I  also belong there.

Amicus

"Each friend represents a world in us, a world possibly not born until they arrive, and it is only by this meeting that a new world is born."

"parts", "meg", "tol" are some common names I remember my friends call me---and i miss this. For many years I'm studying, I met and made friends with people who first I consider strangers. As time goes by, these strangers eventually became family.

Remembering the things we do in the past; our misadventures, the mistakes we did together, and all the strangest things in the world that we tried surely would draw a smile in my face.

Bakbak Ryderz. Kim, Clark and Troy were the original and absolutely my first best friends . I don't know exactly how, when and where we became friends but I'm sure that friendship is indeed the greatest. I still can't forget all the the strange things we did together. It's like it happened only yesterday. Too bad we studied separately in different high schools. :L

"We're maybe the cockiest and the most troublesome students when we were in grade school but we prove our words with our actions. We graduated and we took it all. The bad ones got the best ones."

.... Si Troy palagtiklagtik pa da kay @#%!!%
.... Pangita siya patas sunlog ya ko sa upod ni @#%!!%
.... Si Clark maintra pa gid. Si kwan man iya... Grade 5 man.
.... Si Kim, ano iya trip ni man? Nan...kabua naman da kapid mo!

Bakbak Ryders
Teh sige ah... Alas cinco na.. Kadto na ta kay Maam Homicillada.

LEDS. I thought they were bad. Guess what? I'm right. They made me realize that sometimes it's nice to be evil(evil laugh). I have brothers when i"m with them.. I could not ask for more.

LEDS
"Lima-lima nyu da.. Mabakal na si Guyguy. Kita maplastar."

The Lunchmates. The smartest seat mates I ever had. Thanks to them I included studying as part of my daily routine---fortunately, all of us passed NLE.

The Luchmates
"Sa Sunday lang ma Mang Inasal. Carinderia lg ta anay subong.."

PM Pipz. With all the things that happened in this group, I say PM Pipz ROCKS!

PM Pipz
"Evs, si Loven to uh..."

Peanuts. Simply the BEST group I ever had. The only I'm comfortable with. Common ideas, common beliefs, common interests and common enemies---I'm home! Miss you peanuts!(:

Peanuts
"Didto naman ta sa BH ni Adz.... Para Sadya!"

MIT(Macho in Training). The second group I created. I don't know what this group really does but I'm sure it's great. Perhaps I hypnotized Judd and evan to be members of this org (Im not sure).

Macho in Training
"Teh Judd ano ni? Ano haw? Sige, si Evan na lg.."

The Demigodz. The immortal group where I belong. Started from a strange idea, maintained by our insanity and extended by our perverted ways. Bogs and Lemuel who were my original bestfriends when I stepped college, we created this group with Goddess (Crystal) as our superior. We do the craziest things, say the craziest words and imagine the craziest ideas---simply crazy. We don't care what other people say as long as we do the things in the name of Goddess. This friendship we created will be preserved immortally in me.

The Demigodz
"If Buddha is the enlightened one...Goddess is the enlightenment of Buddha.."

Friends.... Without you, I can never be me.

I'm in

"Nothing endures but change."
with my sister Roxy
There are times that we need to divert from the straight line. Sometimes, this change in the direction would look strange(probably ridiculous) but seems really necessary (in my case maybe).

Yesterday, I was interviewed by the COL's Dean and he confirmed that I passed. That's probably that sign of a new start. This June I'll be entering a new world; entirely different from the world I came from.

I may not practice what I have studied but I'm sure I'll retain my title: R.N. as Raph Nhey and my degree B.S.N. as "Bana Sg Nurse" (I'm really sure I'll marry a nurse).

This is it...

I'm in and I decided to take it!
